Manufacturing standards for dust collector cages: The dust collector cage requires uniform distribution of support rings and longitudinal ribs, as well as sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand gas pressure during filtration and cleaning operations, and to prevent damage or deformation from collisions and impacts during normal transport and installation. All weld points on the dust collector cage must be securely welded; no detached welds, cold welds, or missed welds are permitted. The surface of the dust collector skeleton that comes into contact with the filter bag must be smooth and clean; weld spatter, unevenness, and burrs are not permitted. The surface of the dust collector cage must undergo anti-corrosion treatment—such as electroplating, plastic spraying, or painting—depending on specific requirements; if intended for high-temperature applications, the anti-corrosion treatment must meet the temperature requirements of the operating environment.
